I currently work at Pluribus Digital as a Product Designer supporting login.gov.

Login.gov is the public’s one account for government — allowing users to access government services across many different agencies with a single account and password.

As a Product Designer for login.gov’s sign-in and identity proofing platform, I create accessible authentication and identity verification experiences. Our team’s goal is to find the balance between ease-of-use, privacy and security. We want everyone to easily access the services they need and feel confident in the process, while also protecting users from fraud.

At login.gov, we focus on an approachable design and plain language content, both informed by a robust research practice. I leverage human-centered design methods through continuous discovery and regular usability testing with the public, to validate that we are meeting users’ needs and answering their questions. I collaborate closely with engineers on my Scrum team to support new features through the development process, and with the product team to advocate for improvements based on my research.
